The short answer

A Vinted Bump has no fixed price. Vinted sets it per item, based on the item’s price and the duration you choose (3 or 7 days), and in some markets on whether the Bump reaches other countries too. You see the exact amount before you pay. As a rough guide, sellers report around £1 for a 3-day Bump on a £10 item in the UK, and $0.75 to $3.00 per Bump in the US.

Key takeaways

  • Price depends on item price and duration (3 or 7 days); the exact fee appears at checkout.
  • A Bump pushes one listing higher in feeds and search. Showcase promotes your whole wardrobe for 7 days.
  • No refund if you lower the price, and a Bump cannot be moved to another item.
  • Bump good listings only. A weak listing with more views is still a weak listing.

Vinted Bump prices by country

Vinted’s official price lists describe how a Bump is priced but give no amounts. The table shows what each market’s price list says, plus the most recent concrete figures we could find from sellers. Treat those as examples, not a tariff: your own price is the one shown in the app before you confirm.

MarketWhat sets the price (official)Reported examples
United Kingdom (£)Duration (3 or 7 days) and item price£10 item: £1.00 for 3 days, £1.55 for 7 days (Mar 2026). Typical starting prices £0.95–£2
France (€)Duration, item price and reach (national or international)No reliable 2026 figure found
Germany (€)Duration, item price and territorial reach (called “Push”)No reliable 2026 figure found
United States ($)Duration, item price and territorial scope (local or international)$0.75–$3.00 per Bump (Jul 2026)

Two details from the price lists are worth knowing. First, in France, Germany and the US the price can include a reach option: a Bump that shows your item to buyers in other countries can cost more than a national one. Second, Vinted reserves the right to change the Bump fee if you change the item’s price, so set your price before you bump.

What does a Bump actually do?

According to Vinted’s Help Centre, a Bump raises one listing higher in other members’ newsfeeds and search results, and shows it to the members most likely to be interested in it. While it runs, you can check your item’s views and interactions from your profile.

  • Duration: 3 or 7 consecutive days, or until the item sells.
  • Reach: within your registered country, with an international option in some markets.
  • One at a time: each item can carry only one Bump, and Bumps cannot be moved to another item or member.
  • Price changes: you can lower a bumped item’s price but not raise it. Lowering it does not reduce the Bump cost.
  • Cancelled orders: if an order is cancelled before shipping, “Re-upload item” brings it back and the Bump runs to its original end date.
  • Rules: Vinted asks that you only bump listings that follow its listing best practices and Catalogue Rules.

What a Bump does not do: it does not reset the listing’s upload date, change your photos or fix your price. It puts the same listing in front of more people. If those people did not click before, more of them will not click now. Our Vinted algorithm guide explains the other signals that decide where a listing ranks.

Bump vs Showcase (Wardrobe Spotlight)

Showcase is the new name for Wardrobe Spotlight. Instead of pushing one item, it promotes your wardrobe as a whole.

For years Wardrobe Spotlight was quoted at £6.95 for 7 days in the UK. Vinted’s current help page no longer gives a flat price: larger or higher-value wardrobes pay slightly more. Showcase is also non-refundable if a listing in it is removed for breaking the rules.

When is a Vinted Bump worth it?

A Bump multiplies what a listing already does. That makes the decision simple: fix first, then pay.

Worth it

Higher-priced items

On a £60 coat, a Bump that costs a pound or two is a small share of the sale. The same fee on a £4 T-shirt eats a big slice of it.

Listings with views but no favourites

If people see it and scroll past, the photo or the price is the problem. More views will not change that. Fix the listing first.

Free alternatives do much of the same work. Relisting creates a new listing with a fresh date, which is why many sellers relist instead of bumping low-priced items. Our relisting strategy covers when to repost and how often, and the pricing strategy covers the other common reason items sit.

Make the bumped listing worth clicking

A Bump puts your cover photo in front of more buyers, so the cover photo decides whether the money was well spent. Clear light, the whole garment in frame and, ideally, the item worn: see our clothing photo tips. If you do not have someone to model, Vintefy turns a phone photo of the item into an on-model photo in about 30 seconds.

Bumps and Showcase are the only costs a regular seller can choose to pay. Vinted charges sellers no commission; buyers pay the Vinted fee and shipping at checkout. The full breakdown is in Vinted fees explained, and what’s the catch with Vinted explains how the platform earns money without charging sellers. Vinted Bumps: answered

How much does a Bump cost on Vinted?

Vinted does not publish a fixed price. The cost depends on the item’s price, the duration you pick (3 or 7 days) and, in some markets, whether the Bump reaches only your country or other countries too. The exact amount is shown before you pay. Reported UK examples: a £10 item cost £1.00 to bump for 3 days and £1.55 for 7 days (March 2026). A US guide reports $0.75 to $3.00 per Bump (July 2026).

How long does a Vinted Bump last?

A Bump lasts 3 or 7 consecutive days, depending on the option you choose, or until the item sells, whichever comes first.

What does a Bump actually do on Vinted?

It moves one listing higher in other members’ newsfeeds and search results and shows it to members Vinted thinks are most likely to be interested. It works within your registered country unless your market offers an international option. It does not change the listing itself.

Do I get a refund if I lower the price of a bumped item?

No. You can lower a bumped item’s price but not raise it, and the Bump cost stays the same. If an order is cancelled before shipping, you can re-upload the item and the Bump continues until its original end date.

What is the difference between a Bump and Showcase (Wardrobe Spotlight)?

A Bump promotes one item for 3 or 7 days. Showcase, formerly Wardrobe Spotlight, promotes your whole wardrobe for 7 days: members see up to 15 of your listings they are most likely to buy. You need at least 5 listed items, and the price depends on how many listings you have and their value.

Is a Vinted Bump worth it?

Only on listings that are already good: clear photos, a fair price and a complete description. A Bump buys visibility, not interest. For low-priced items, free relisting often does a similar job. Bumps make most sense on higher-priced items where the fee is small relative to the sale.

Can I move a Bump to another item?

No. Each item can have only one Bump at a time, and Bumps cannot be moved to other items or transferred to other members.
